You can easily sign up by visiting our website and creating an account. Once registered, you'll receive your personalized shipping address for sending packages to our facility. From there, we will handle the shipping and customs clearance for you.

We offer the following services:

• Air Freight: Fast and reliable air shipping for smaller or urgent items.
• Sea Freight: Cost-effective shipping for larger or less time-sensitive shipments.
• Customs Clearance: We handle the full customs clearance process on your behalf.
• Door-to-Door Delivery: We can deliver your packages directly to you in and around Mandeville.

You can sign up for pre- alerts as soon as you purchase your items.

Once your shipment arrives at the warehouse, you will receive a notification. You can track your shipment’s progress through our website or by contacting our customer service team for updates.

If your package is not picked up within 7 days of clearance, a storage fee of JMD 100 per day will apply. If your package remains unclaimed after 30 days, we reserve the right to sell or dispose of the unclaimed items to recover incurred costs.

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight of your package. We offer competitive rates for both air and sea freight. Air freight is priced per pound ($400 JMD) & Sea Freight is priced per Cu.Ft ($8 USD).

Each package attracts a $200 processing fee for packages under $100 and $600 for packages over $100. 

Please nte that packages over $100 USD are subject Custom charges as stipulated by the Jamiaca Customs department.

Once your shipment is cleared and ready for delivery, you will receive an invoice for all applicable charges, including customs duties, taxes, processing fees, and shipping costs. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/Debit card, and cash on delivery.

Delivery time varies based on the shipping method (air or sea), and customs processing times. Air freight generally takes 3-5 days, while sea freight may take 7-10 days. Once your package is cleared through customs, we will notify you about delivery times. Please consider unexpected delays due to peak seasons, acts of God or delays in customs processing.

Once you register with Eleven Express Jamaica Limited, you will be provided with a personalized shipping address that you can use for all your shipments. This address is unique to your account and should be used for all future shipments.
